Founder, Bobby Kitrick, brings over 25 years of experience helping clients build strong, capable, and resilient bodies through intelligent strength training.Based in Makawao on Maui, Bobby created his private, fully equipped garage gym to offer a more personal and professional alternative to commercial gyms. He works with clients from Kula, Haiku, and Pukalani, including active retirees, professionals, and athletic individuals who value expert coaching and a focused environment.Through private and semi-private training, Bobby helps clients improve strength, body composition, and long-term health—so they can stay active, capable, and fully enjoy the Upcountry Maui lifestyle.Proudly serving the Upcountry Maui community.
